Then somewhere along the way, you realise the business is building you too. Being a founder has forced me to confront my fears, question the limits I had placed on myself, make difficult decisions and keep showing up when walking away would have been easier. People see the launches, the milestones and the successes. What they don’t always see is the woman behind them, growing into the person capable of carrying the vision. That’s the part of entrepreneurship we don’t talk about enough. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. Sometimes you build the business while you’re still building yourself.
