Welcome to

Keeping Up
With Shahnaz

A place to stop, to breathe, and to feel
seen in the middle of it all.

Welcome to my world—the one that doesn’t demand anything from you.

Pull up a chair, because this is where we talk about everything, the going through burnout, launching a business, reinventing yourself, self love and the small rituals that truly help when you are hanging on by a thread. This space is built for women to realise there is so much more to life: it doesn’t have to be hard or too heavy. It’s about learning to find those moments of magic, those ‘aha’ moments, and knowing you are not alone.

Take a moment to scroll, read, and land where you need to.
Each post is a reminder that you’re allowed to start over, right here.

Meet Shahnaz

The Glo Mentor wasn’t in the plan. It’s who I became when I took aligned action, asked for help, and did things differently. And I’ve been walking this path ever since—slowly, really looking at myself and with a tribe of women by my side.
